After struggling at his previous University, Corey Snyder transferred to Ozarks to pursue his love of radio and television. With the assistant of scholarships and with help from the Jones Learning Center, Snyder thrived at Ozarks, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the RTV program and earning a degree with honors in 2014. He quickly landed a job in his discipline as a video editor at a TV station in Oklahoma City. Since graduating from Ozarks, he has been a consistent contributor to the Ozarks Annual Fund. "Scholarships and financial aid allowed me to go to Ozarks and Ozarks helped me to succeed," Snyder said. "Without scholarships, I wouldn't be where I am today and I'm a big believer in paying it forward. I feel it's incumbent upon me to make sure future students are able to take advantage of those same resources. It may not be a lot of money, but every bit counts when it comes to furthering your education."
